Note that some features depend on your version of Windows. For Win10/11, all characters of Unicode 15 are supported. Win7 supports all characters of Base Multilingual Plane, plus Phoenician, Aramaic and Brahmi.

Open the-Unicodia.xml-file and replace the string-portable="0" ;;;-with portable="1".
