Increased Camera Angles is a mod for Mafia: Definitive Edition, created by Digital X.
This mod increases the degrees of looking down/up from -60 and 60 degrees, to -90 and 90 so you can look vertically in both directions.
You can in real life, so why not the game too!
To install:
Replace the game’s tables.sds with modifed version from this archive.
