Former CIA Director John Brennan once gave a speech to the Council on Foreign Relations, in which he admitted that the government was engaged in "injecting aerosols into the stratosphere" that he claimed could slow or stop "climate change."

So, all of us who saw those "chemtrails" with our own eyes, and were called "conspiracy theorists", once again proved that we are right, they spray us from the plane - on purpose, and we all breathe it.

Within the US Constitution, there is no authority delegated to Congress to allow these types of atmospheric experiments to be undertaken. That kind of authority was not given to the US government by the American people.

What is worse, they are doing this activity based on the "theory" of "climate change".

So, since it is only a theory, it is now clear that they are experimenting on the air we breathe, to test their theory that we are "guinea pigs".

I have not, nor will I ever agree to be experimented on.
