Photo Black and Color enables you to remove all colors from an image except for those that you want to keep. To select the colors you want to keep, simple use the provided color picker tool and then generate the preview to see the results. You can tune the effects by adding or removing additional colors to the list or by adjusting the tolerance level.
Other features include optional image resizing and integrated zoom. Produces good results with minimal effort.
At first I thought this was going to be just another basic effect software but I was quite surprised at the separation detail of color desaturated by this program. It was very specific and allows you to chose areas of color to keep. It did a really great and for those who like this sort of effect, PB&C will do a surprisingly good job.
Works well and nice results just dont know if I would have the need for it? Give it a try it is portable and does not write outside its own folder(no registry entries).
