Unpack the archive contents, run the trainer and then the game. During the game you will be able to use the following keys:
NP1 - unlimited ammo
NP2 - no reload
NP3 - unlimited health
NP4 - easy kill
NP5 - no recoil
NP6 - no scan wait time
NP7 - unlimited components
NP8 - no overhead weapon
